Her 18 years of experience in the fitness industry, including one-on-one gym training and running the largest boot camp program in her county, have equipped her with invaluable insights that she brings to her online coaching business.
Beyond the gym, Lindsey is a self-proclaimed homebody. When she's not coaching or training, she cherishes her time spent with her husband and three kids, often found relaxing in their backyard.
